Hydrotherapy
The dry heat from the sauna and moist heat from the steam room help to relax the muscles and induce perspiration, cleansing the body of all impurities. Other benefits include boosting the immune system, cleansing and rejuvenating the skin as well increasing blood circulation. The warm Jacuzzi assists in stimulating the circulation and when used alternatively with the cool plunge pool, the effects on the circulation are amplified.

Rasul
The perfect pampering experience for individuals or a small group – it’s always better together. The Rasul is a traditional Arabian cleansing ritual that takes place in a steam room with floor-to-ceiling mosaics. To begin, a mud mask, specifically suited to your own body’s needs, is prepared for you to apply while you gently inhale steam infused by essential oils. This process helps to cleanse the respiratory system, smooth the skin and detoxify the body. To complete the ritual, warm water rains down from the ceiling of the Rasul, the mud is gently washed away and you are left feeling invigorated, revitalized and refreshed.

Classic Half Day
A holistic treat from head to toe to leave you relaxed and refreshed. We begin with a welcome ritual of feet cleansing while you enjoy a refreshing drink. Next, you indulge in a Rasul experience – where you inhale steam infused with essential oils while applying a detoxifying mud mask to your entire body. After an interlude, warm, gentle rain from the ceiling washes your body clean. The journey continues with a 60min unwind massage on the back, legs, feet, arms and head to relieve any tension. Next, our Brigit Filmer Deep Cleanse, a full facial including a skin analysis, exfoliation, steam, facial massage and mask. Enjoy the use of our Hydrotherapy area, Steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Plunge pool, have a light lunch and refreshment and take time out to just relax. The final part of your journey will end with your choice of a Classic Manicure or Classic Pedicure which includes a massage and optional paint.
